Ryan J. Doshier joined Protocol in June 2023 as a Senior Financial Analyst. He brings a background in mergers and acquisitions, including buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence and transaction advisory work for private equity clients. He began his career in 2017 with KPMG’s Financial Due Diligence practice in Dallas, where he spent nearly five years and was promoted to Manager. He later joined Energy Capital Solutions as an investment banking professional before transitioning to Protocol. Mr. Doshier earned both a B.S. and M.S. in Accounting from Texas A&M University in 2017.
