Mr. Doshier is a founding partner and Manager in Sozo Holdings, LLC. Over his 35-year career, he has been a key participant in organizing and capitalizing both private and public companies in a variety of transactions totaling over US$1,000,000,000. Since 2003, he has served as the CFO and board member of NSI Technologies and its operating subsidiary, Blackhawk Exploration, LLC, and their affiliated partnerships involved in oil and gas exploration, all located in Dallas, Texas. He has also served as a board member in several Dallas based non-profit organizations over the last 25+ years. From 2001 to 2003, Mr. Doshier was a partner at Technology Advisors Group, LLC, which provided strategic planning and capital formation advisory services to early-stage companies. From 1996 to 2001, Mr. Doshier was a founder, Chief Financial Officer and Board Director (1996-1999) of Allied Riser Communications (NASDAQ:ARCC) during which time ARCC completed a successful US$300,000,000 initial public offering. Before founding ARCC, Mr. Doshier was a principal at the investment banking firm of Perry, Nestman and Doshier, and Chief Financial Officer of Zlogar and Co., Inc. He holds a B.S. in Agricultural Economics from Texas Tech University and an M.S. in Accounting and an M.A. in International Management Sciences from the University of Texas at Dallas. He became a licensed CPA in the State of Texas in 1993.
